1. Go to the above link.
2. Search for the location you want to create an area for using the search bar.
3. Once you've located the area, zoom in to the desired level of detail.
4. Click on the "Add Placemark" icon (looks like a yellow pushpin) in the toolbar.
5. A placemark will appear at the center of the screen. You can drag it to the exact location you want.
6. Right-click on the placemark and select "Properties."
7. In the properties window, you can add a name and description for the placemark.
8. To create an area, click on the "Add Path" icon (looks like a yellow line) in the toolbar.
9. Click to add points along the perimeter of the area you want to define. Double-click to finish the area.
10. Right-click on the path you created and select "Properties" to edit its name and description.
11. With the area selected, you can adjust its shape by dragging the points or move the entire area by dragging the placemark.
12. Once the area is defined and positioned, you can take a screenshot by pressing the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard or using a screenshot tool.
13. Open an image editing software (like Paint or Photoshop), paste the screenshot, and save the image.
14. Navigate back to this form, and click the Choose File button below to upload your screenshot.
